"Outsource a freelance drafter"—that was the first thing our client wrote to us in the chat after finding our website by chance.
We immediately explained that we are not a website of freelance drafters where you can choose from hundreds of them. Instead, we are a company with a team of pre-screened and selected drafters whom you can subcontract by the hour, half-day, full day, or per project.
We went on to explain that we have a well-defined process that consists of first understanding our client's needs, knowing what sector they work in, and what software they use. Once we have this clear, we can assign the technician who best fits that need.
In this specific case, the client is in the industrial sector, working on tanks, pipes, pressure vessels, structures, etc. We quickly saw that the best option was to assign our industrial engineer Manuel for this type of work, allowing our client to externalize their drafting work to a freelance drafter with experience in their sector. Of course, we don't call him that; he is part of the team and is a fellow Proiekter.
A few days later, the client was able to see the results of the work. I am sharing some screenshots where you can see the development of some of their work, plans, and 3D models, always without showing much detail for confidentiality reasons.
