In residential or office projects, it’s crucial to design ventilation routes and auxiliary equipment correctly to avoid interference with other MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
Our support team assisted a client—an expert in ventilation and air conditioning systems—with the detailed modeling of pipes and auxiliary equipment for a complex project. Given the time-intensive nature of the task, the client opted to outsource a Revit modeler for the design of MEP ventilation systems and their associated components. This approach not only optimized time management but also ensured full compliance with project regulations.
The screenshots reveal the modular arrangement of auxiliary equipment and piping, carefully integrated with the building’s structure and architecture. While we cannot share final plans or detailed visuals due to confidentiality, the images illustrate the type of work we delivered to support our client.
This project was managed under an hourly subcontracting model—a flexible and efficient approach for both architectural and industrial sectors. It allowed our client to maintain workflow continuity without compromising quality or project integrity.
If you’re seeking HVAC design and installation, automation and control systems, fire protection, or building security solutions for offices, shopping centers, or residential buildings, our client is a seasoned expert in these areas. Feel free to reach out privately and we’ll gladly share their contact. Their growth is our growth.
