In the real estate sector, visual presentation is crucial because it's how real estate agents can capture the attention of their clients. With realistic images and renders, agents can showcase future developments or potential property renovations.
In a recent case of outsourcing a 3ds Max modeler for rendering, PROIEKT demonstrated how design and modeling in 3ds Max, combined with rendering, can faithfully represent future developments through visual representation.
This example is particularly relevant for companies and real estate firms dedicated to selling properties to individual or corporate clients, what we also call the Real Estate sector. Outsourcing in this context includes the design and modeling of different elements within an apartment, preparing them for rendering, and in many cases, creating detailed plans.
Once the 3D design was completed, we proceeded to the rendering phase, generating several images from different perspectives to offer a complete visual representation of the proposed apartment. These images were shared with the client for their evaluation and approval.
The project was managed under a fixed-price outsourcing model, a strategy that allows companies to optimize their resources and access the specialized expertise needed for specific projects. In the real estate sector, where time and accuracy are critical, this model has become increasingly popular.
In summary, the successful collaboration between the design team and the client in this project highlights the importance of strategic outsourcing. By using tools like 3ds Max and rendering, we not only met but exceeded the client's expectations, ensuring a powerful visual presentation for their real estate products.
