To create professional presentations or plans, 3D modeling and renderings from programs like Revit are often not enough. This is when the creativity of our technicians and their expertise in software synchronization work their magic, creating high-level photorealistic textures. The process of creating a 3D model is transformed into a presentation or animation that is difficult to distinguish from the real world.
This project, on which our Revit and rendering specialist worked, was to assist our client from the Dominican Republic, who is dedicated to the promotion and construction of high-end housing. In the following screenshots, we can see the process of creating a solid in Revit from plans supplied in AutoCAD, applying materials, textures, lighting, and shadows with Lumion, and finally, enhancing the images with Photoshop. All this integration of applications yields impactful results, such as the realism of the water in the pool, its multiple reflections, the textures of the tile in the bathroom, or the variety of green tones in the vegetation. This combination gives the client the peace of mind of being able to fulfill their company's commitments and the security of having the best work without having to worry about its execution and without having to allocate any of their own resources for it.
